    Can I change between plans?

    You can change between any plan on a monthly basis if you’re paying monthly.

    Can you supply a W8-BEN-E form for my accounting department?

    We sure can, just send us an email (info@secalerts.co) with your details and we’ll send you one.

    What payment methods are accepted?

    At the moment, it's only possible to pay for SecAlerts with a credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club, and JCB.

    How does billing work?

    SecAlerts charges for the billing period moving forward.

    For example, if you received a $49 monthly charge on your credit card dated May 20, 2021, the invoice billing period is from May 20, 2021 to June 20, 2021.

    Can I pay by invoice?

    We only offer an invoice option for Enterprise accounts paying yearly. Please contact us to discuss this option if you're interested or have strict requirements.

    What currency does SecAlerts bill in?

    SecAlerts prices and the amounts on your invoice are in USD. Currency conversions are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. Here is some information about how Stripe handles them.

    How do I change the credit card I use for billing?

    Just login to the Dashboard and go to the payments link. You will then see an option change card.

    Can I get a refund?

    If you paid a yearly amount and it’s within 14 days of the transaction, we will refund you. We don’t offer refunds for the monthly plan. You can cancel your account within the Dashboard.
